- The Customer or Client may also mean “You” or “Your”

Miami House Cleaning LLC is not the employer of the house cleaner referred to you. We refer highly vetted cleaners in the area to our customers.

## Cleaning Services

Miami House Cleaning LLC provides professional, residential, and other cleaning services.

When scheduling online, you will be prompted to provide your contact information and select a specific cleaning service. We will also need to know the size of the premises to be cleaned, the number of bathrooms, and any additional details.

Arrival Window: All bookings will have a 1-2 hour arrival window due to potential delays.

Rate Changes: Rate increases or changes will be posted on our website and/or communicated via email.

## Scheduling & Confirmation

### Confirmation

Booking a cleaning service online does not automatically guarantee an appointment for that day and time.

✅ One of our representatives will confirm your appointment via email or phone.

Scheduling conflicts may occur, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

## Payment

Payment for services can be made via:

Credit or debit card through the client portal

Phone call payment with a company representative

We accept all major credit & debit cards

✅ Your card will not be charged until after the scheduled cleaning

### Financial Responsibility

You agree to be personally and financially responsible for all outstanding fees for services rendered, including any legal costs or collection fees for unpaid amounts.

## Refunds

🚫 No refunds are provided once a cleaning has been completed.

If you are dissatisfied with a scheduled cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will correct the issue at no additional charge.

## Right to Refuse Service

✅ We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to:

Unsafe work conditions

Extreme clutter

Disconnected utilities

Aggressive pets

## Cancellation & Lockout Fees

🚨 24-Hour Notice Required for Cancellations

Failure to provide at least 24 hours' notice will result in a $100 cancellation fee.

✅ If our cleaners are locked out upon arrival, a $100 lockout fee will apply.

## Security & Alarms

✅ By scheduling a cleaning service, you authorize access to your premises.

✅ If you have a security system, you must either:

✔️ Provide the code & instructions in advance

✔️ Turn off the system before your cleaning

🚨 If the security code changes, notify us immediately to avoid lockout fees.

## Customer Equipment & Special Cleaning Requests

✅ If you request that we use your personal cleaning equipment, we are not liable for any:

Equipment damage

Breakdowns or malfunctions

Special Requests: Please notify us in advance if you require eco-friendly cleaning supplies.

## What We Cannot Clean

🚫 Our company does not provide the following services:

❌ Mold removal

❌ Hoarding cleanups

❌ Hazardous material removal

❌ Blood, feces, urine, or animal waste cleanup

## Breakage & Limited Liability

While our representatives take reasonable precautions, accidents may occur.

If damage or loss occurs, you must report it within 24 hours.

🚨 Limited Liability Clause:

We are not responsible for:

❌ Normal wear and tear

Pre-existing conditions

Fragile, irreplaceable, or improperly installed items

## Non-Solicitation Agreement

By using our services, you agree not to solicit our cleaners for direct employment for at least one year after your last service.

🚨 If you hire one of our referred cleaners outside our service, you agree to pay a $2,500 placement fee.

This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted according to the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
